Where are you located?
Our address is 8430 Flint Rock Dr, Boerne, Texas 78006. We are open every Saturday from 10am-2pm or by appointment during the week. We do have transport locations all over the country, but only transport once an animal is adopted. Read about transport here: Transport

I need to SURRENDER an animal:
We are not an open admission shelter. We understand that there are life circumstances beyond your control that affect your ability to keep your pet. However, we can not accept all pets because we typically do not have enough space. If you would like to surrender your pet, please fill out: Dog Owner Surrender or Cat Owner Surrender.

I need help with my new pet!
You're not alone. Please be assured that it's normal for pets not to eat or potty much during the first few days in a new home. They might be scared and they just need time to adjust to a new environment. Please check out the resources below to help answer some other common questions:
