Billy is a 2-year-old, 14-pound Jack Russell Terrier who is thriving in his foster home! He’s a sweet, tail-wagging bundle of joy who warms up quickly to new people. In no time, Billy started following his foster mom around, enjoying pets, and coming when called.
Billy is doing great with the other dogs in his foster home, following them outside to do his business and showing signs of being house-trained. Like a typical Jack Russell, he’s smart, attentive, and eager to please. Billy’s cheerful personality and intelligence make him a perfect candidate for a loving family looking for a loyal and active companion. He’s good with other dogs, but not with cats.
