Loki is the runt of the litter and a total sweetheart. He’s a snuggly puppy who loves kids and some play time. He’s quiet and low-key, and will likely be a laid back companion. Loki is 3 lbs 14 oz at 9 weeks old. 
Mom was a purebred English Bulldog (owner kept her) and suspected dad is a border collie. Both parents are around 30-40 pounds (if dad is correct). It looks like the pups will stay on the smaller end of that range based on their current size.
