Meet Manilla!
Hi there! My name is Manilla, and I’m a 1-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua mix with a little bit of Pointer spirit (just wait until I see a deer!). I’m an energetic, playful girl who loves to run, so a home with a securely fenced backyard would make me so happy.
 
When I’m not busy playing with my toys or zooming around, I like to work on my commands—I’m learning “sit,” “down,” and “stay.” My humans say I’m doing well but could use a little more practice. I’m also a pro at using pee-pee pads when I can’t get outside, and I hit the target every time!
 
I’m crate-trained and sleep peacefully through the night, but I also love spending time out and about with my people. I don’t bark, though I might whimper softly when I’m trying to tell you something.
 
I have the cutest little forehead wrinkles when I gaze lovingly at you (usually when you’re about to feed me). Speaking of food, I really enjoy mealtime—and giving sweet kisses afterward! I think I’d be great in a family with kids and would love to join an active household where I can play, run, and get all the love I have to give.
