Ozzie is a very special boy.  He was found with most of his hair missing and just in a terrible state.  He is now on his way back to full recovery and his hair is finally starting to grow back in too.  Ozzie has a special adoption fee and is ready for his loving furrever home to spend the rest of his life with.
