Meet Sora! Sora is doing fantastic and getting along well with the other dogs in her foster home as well as the tripod kitty. She loves lounging with our old girl, Sunny and romping around the house with our semi younger dog, Eugene. She quickly fell into the daily routine and is enjoying indoor doggie life with AC and comfy dog beds. She isn’t a huge fan of her crate, but happily obliges while we are away at work. She started off with a crate at bedtime, but managed to work her way into the main bed at night. Sleeps through the evening without incidences. She’s 95% housebroken. We have potty pads out for our older dog and have found that Sora uses them in a pinch.
Sora loves her stuffy toys and rope toys. She has a healthy appetite and is treat motivated. Working on sit and catching treats currently. She is still a bit leary of people as she came from a hoarder situation. Timid when I first arrive home, but once she realizes it’s just another day and everything is good she relaxes. She’s great at using the back door for playtime and potty time. She’s quick and loves running full speed outside, and it’s fun to watch her zoomies and joy at just being a dog. She’s about 4 years old and weighs in at 10 pounds exactly and sitting in laps is her favorite pastime!
