Zoey is a feisty, playful puppy who also loves to snuggle. She’s confident and smart. Zoey is the biggest, tallest, and most border collie looking of the litter. She’s great with kids and other dogs. She’s a funny love bug! Zoey is about 5 lbs at 9 weeks old. 
Mom was a purebred English Bulldog and suspected dad is a border collie. Both parents are around 30-40 pounds (if dad is correct), but it’s tough to say exactly how big the puppies will get since they were neglected and malnourished before coming in.
