Meet Billy!
Billy is a tiny 5.5-pound Chihuahua with a gentle soul and a heart full of potential. He’s a shy little guy who enjoys pets once he feels comfortable with his person, and he loves following his foster around the house like a quiet little shadow.
Billy is wonderful with all dogs and is even starting to play with the puppies in his foster home! He’s doing great with potty training and is very quiet in his crate, using it as his safe space when he needs a break. Billy would thrive in a calm, quieter home without small children, and he’d love to have a more confident dog friend to help show him the ropes.
While he’s still learning to join in the fun, Billy loves watching the excitement around him and is slowly gaining confidence. He’s a bit nervous in the car but handles it well. Billy will need a little time and patience to fully come out of his shell, but once he does, he’ll be a loyal and loving companion.
