Meet Cera! 
This sweet girl was found dumped with her 9 puppies! She has been an amazing mommy and even though she wasn't getting enough food she made sure her puppies were well fed. 
This mom was found and knew immediately she was being saved. She greeted her rescuer with a wiggle butt and lots of kisses. 
She has been an amazing foster pup in her foster home. She's been great with the other dogs, and even ignores the cats. Cera is house and crate trained . She seems to know some commands and she loves to snuggle up with her people.
