Penny is a 2-year-old, 10-pound Chihuahua mix who is a ball of energy! She’s very treat motivated, so if you want her to come to you, just say “treat treat.” Penny also knows the command “go to your kennel.” She absolutely loves doing zoomies and has a playful nature.
Penny is great with kids, other dogs, and cats. In fact, she’s even played with a friendly feral kitty! Penny is afraid of men and would do best in a home with a woman. She’s definitely nervous at the rescue, but can’t wait to be back in a home to let her personality shine again.
