Rico is a charming 4-year-old Chihuahua mix who was adopted from us 3 years ago. He's a happy and affectionate pup, but he's discovered that he's not a fan of small children, so a new baby is a huge stressor for him. Despite this, Rico is doing exceptionally well at the rescue with other dogs and is good with older children. He loves to run around and play, showing a playful side that will bring joy to any home. Rico is incredibly affectionate with his people, making him a loyal companion.
Rico would thrive in a home without small children, where he can feel safe and secure. A family with older children or adults only would be best for him. He would also benefit from having a canine companion, as he enjoys the company of other dogs.
